Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services commissioned from MN Interio.

2. Advance / Booking Fees

Advance payments are non‑refundable as they reserve project resources and scheduling.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

Partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and committed costs.

4. Cancellation After Work Commences

Charges apply for completed work and incurred costs. Deductions will be made from any refund amount.

5. Goods / Materials

Goods purchased are subject to supplier refund policies. Restocking charges may apply.

6. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval through the original or agreed payment method.
